Uri Hangugo Ban

This is my Korean class. It is a new class in our school. Here we learn not only about the language but also about the culture, the food, and even the games. The children seem to enjoy the cooking activity. The kids favorite game is Jwireul jabja (catching the mouse). We always have new Korean guests in our class.
This is the picture of my new Korean class. The picture is taken after we finished doing our language festival. We went to the famous photo studio in Bandung. The girls like wearing hanbok (korean traditional outfit) very much. It takes them back to the era of Dae Jang Geum. Once they wear it, it will hard for them to take it off. They feel special wearing it, especially if they go walking around in mall because many eyes will stare at them (Guess they love become a star for a day). The Korean will give comment once they see us wearing hanbok. They said that they felt weird to see hanbok and scarf. Well, since we are from Islamic school, so we wear hanbok and scarf too^___^
So...if you want to see our festival just come to SMU PLUS MUTHAHHARI to see our language festival where we will show you tradition and sell the food of the countries too. You want to see Jang Geum in scarf...just visit our school....

Playing Frying Pan Game/BTS We played a new game called Frying pan game (프라이팬 놀이) with our Korean guests in our Korean Class. It was fun. It’s like catching the mouse game. We learn the Korean numbers in the same time.  Say, if your friend mentions your name and the number, you have to mention your name according to the number he/she mentions previously.  For example, if your friend says "Dana dul (2)", so you have to say your name twice, "Dana...Dana" and so on and so on. If you make a mistake, well, you get the punishment. The type of the punishment depends on the agreement of the players. They are many types, trust me. Historical Visit

Historical Visit Besides visiting Baduy. We also visited the old Banten. Banten used to be the most popular kingdom. It is known till England. Once their representative visited England and they were welcomed exaggeratedly. Banten is famous because it had an international port for trading. People from many countries visited it. Unfortunately there’s disagreement between the father—Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa—and the son—Sultan Haji who collaborated with the Dutch—which lead to the destruction of the palace and the vanquishing the offspring of the royal family. They now spread everywhere. The remnant was unknown back then till recently on the initiative of one person there the digging was conducted. During the old regime, Old Banten was stated to be dead site. So, not like Borobudur temple, the Old Banten remained infamous. The reconstruction was done very slowly.
