Biking Again After Such a Long Time

I got the bike! Yeah! It was hilarious for finally I could ride a bike again. Gosh, it’s been a long time really. I seized it from my students. While walking towards Mas Tole (the famous baso seller in SMUTH), my two students passed by. Abruptly, I ordered them to lend the bike to me (Anyway, since I am their teacher, they couldn’t say no ^^). Oh, the bike belongs to Pa Kardi who is the librarian of our school.

No further delay, I rode on the bike quickly. Gosh! It’s great. It felt really great! All these times I could only stare and wish of riding on that bike with the basket and finally that day I could realize it (silly wish???)

Heading towards school I called Noe, my friend, to play together. I asked her to take me in the back. We went out around the neighborhood but we couldn’t ride that long since it’s not ours. Sitting in the back felt great. Unfortunately, the scenery wasn’t that great, houses and houses. I was imagining a great savannah or green grass or streams. Huh! Sorry! Those things are too luxurious these days.

In school, I managed to ride the bike for some times and we didn’t forget to take our pictures with the bike. Well, how can we forget about taking pictures? We’re narcissists!

I am hoping that someday, my wish to ride a bike along with those great views will come true. What a day it will be……^__^q

프라이팬 놀이/Frying Pan Game/BTS

Playing Frying Pan Game/BTS We played a new game called Frying pan game (프라이팬 놀이) with our Korean guests in our Korean Class. It was fun. It’s like catching the mouse game. We learn the Korean numbers in the same time. Say, if your friend mentions your name and the number, you have to mention your name according to the number he/she mentions previously. For example, if your friend says "Dana dul (2)", so you have to say your name twice, "Dana...Dana" and so on and so on. If you make a mistake, well, you get the punishment. The type of the punishment depends on the agreement of the players. They are many types, trust me. Just choose one. Mahal Mana, Bungeoppang atau Taiyaki?

Mahal Mana, Bungeoppang atau Taiyaki ? Kira-kira ada tidak perbedaan antara Bungeoppang dan Taiyaki? Hmm…kalau secara rasa keduanya sama. Bentuknya juga sama. Mungkin yang agak sedikit beda itu harganya kalau dibandingkan ke dalam Rupiah. Nyoba Bungeoppang dan Taiyaki Ceritanya selama jalan-jalan di Korea, aku sudah nyoba beli Bungeoppang 3 ~ 4 kali di tempat yang berbeda -beda . Hasilnya, semuanya sama, tidak dijual dalam satuan. Bungeoppang tidak dijual satuan . Misalnya, dulu sempat beli 2000 Won. Penjualnya memberi aku sekitar 5 ~ 6 buah dengan ukuran kecil, tapi tidak terlalu mini. Sementara ketika di Jepang, aku mencoba beli Taiyaki di daerah Kyoto, Taiyakinya dijual dalam satuan dan harganya muahal sih dibanding Bungeoppang yang aku beli di Korea. Kalau aku tidak salah ingatan, adiku (he..he..he.. yang bayar adiku) harganya sekitar 160 Yen per satu Taiyaki. Untuk memastikan harga terbaru, karena aku pergi ke korea terakhir tahun 2015, aku cek di si Mbah Google ...
